I’m a cybersecurity engineer with less than a year of experience. I’ve received a job offer with nearly a 100% salary hike. However, my current employer is refusing to provide an experience letter as I’m asking to leave early, citing the bond policy which requires a 3-month notice.

Has anyone faced a similar situation or can offer advice on how to handle this? Any help would be appreciated!
