Hi! I’m currently looking at Global Mobility programs at the Big 4 in Europe. I was wondering if they are selective programs limited to certain roles or offices? If yes, how does it work?

My objective is to ultimately become a Global Account Manager. However, I’d like to have opportunities for business travel really early in my career. Do you think those programs are the right fit for me or should I look for specific job titles that allow early career applicants to go on business trips?

I joined KPMG a while ago from federal consulting. Federal consulting had super good work life balance but I’ve been working at KPMG strategy for a while now. The hours are wild, my managers expect perfection, and I feel like it’s all meaningless. Does anyone else feel like this, how have you dealt with it, and is it like this once you go into industry?

My partner has been telling me they can't give me an annual salary increment because it was already at the upper end of the salary bracket when I was hired (for visa purposes) and honestly with the current inflation I need that raise

My SO just started with PWC Australia. I might have to relocate to the states in one year. Will it be possible for my SO to relocate to states as well through PWC at around 1 year mark? Does PWC allows that just after/within one year of joining? Assume she'll get L2 through me, if that matters.
