Hi, I'm facing an issue while filling Form 9 on the TCS iBegin portal. I have a PF account in my current company (Cognizant), but my previous employer never deducted PF, so I don't have a PF account/UAN. The portal is making the previous company's PF Account Number mandatory, due to which I'm unable to submit Form 9. I've already emailed HR but haven't received a response. Has anyone faced this issue? Any solution or workaround would be appreciated.Tata Consultancy Cognizant

Is it a good idea to accept LinkedIn invites from people you don't know or don't send any type of note along with their invite?
