Hi,

I'm somone who's struggling with adhd in his life I guess. I discovered that I can be good at organizing my things but then life happens and the scheduling part turns out to be quite useless.

So all the advices out there are kinda cliché I think, like idk if you ever seen that meme about TedX talks that says: "wanna live a better life? Get well organized"; and the audience: "omg thanks life changing!". That's the way I feel about all of that 😂

What I would like to ask here if there's someone who has made idk sort of a therapeutic plan with a psychiatrist, who helped him to overcame different kind of obstacles in order to achieve some objectives in life.

Idk I'm being very sceptical also about doctors and meds because I know you can take strong stuff and get tired, and I don't really have the time to be tired.

So I can guess the therapy that would work the best for me, would be to become kinda addicted to cocaïne probably, but that's illegal and no one wants to collaborate with crackhead in the end...

I also like to do sports and I'm afraid that meds will make me lazy, or that I'm going to have impossible schedules in order to find some time to do sports. I mean I can stick to difficult schedules, like waking up early in the morning to work like at 5 am, and I'm sure that I would still be able to find some time during the week for biking or jogging.

What do you think? Would a doctor take all of that in consideration and personalize my plan in order to meet my way of being? Or is it like "oh I'm going to a doctor and I think it's like winning the lottery" in a sense. Cause that guy won't take those things in consideration, no?

Hi All,

My LWD in Cognizant was on 21st Oct , I had returned the laptop on that day. But IT approval has not happened yet, and they are saying it will take 3 weeks to get approved, without this approval i can't download any of the documents after exit ...
