Anyone had micropigmentation on their Scalp to make hair loss look better? I'm female, have hair loss due to a health issue, so I have hair but it's thin and it bothers me that you can see through to my Scalp (I have volume but no density)

Does health insurance cover therapy? If so, how much would you usually pay out of pocket and how much would the insurance cover?

Celiac anyone? Celiac is just the extreme form of glute allergy there is with stomach cramps, disorientation, brain fog, diarrhea etc. Worried to go back on the road and eat outside with many sad and painful experiences. Are there any road warriors who have survived it well? Appreciate any tips!

Does anyone have a holistic doctor, nutritionist/dietitian, or orthopedist they like? I went to a family doctor and she was wholly unhelpful in my questions regarding diets, vitamin supplements, testosterone and longevity.

I recently tried quitting everything last Sunday, with drew all last week and then relapsed Friday, Saturday and Sunday worst withdrawals I ever had (cold sweats, shaking, wasn’t sure I would survive). I’m through the worst of it now but any advice? Thought about rehab but can’t stop work. This is probably my 9th time trying to go sober during the pandemic. I live alone so the isolation with the pandemic has extremely escalated my usage to the point of about a bottle of a day on weekdays

Got into fitness roughly two years ago and stuck to a pretty strict diet. Right now am unable to bring myself to drink or even just eat the food I like cuz they are all unhealthy carbs. Anyone? 😞

Any ideas for discouraging students from using Google translate, or like services? I tell students they need to rely on their brains, after all it is the original computer. Ask “What would they do if they have no signal, in a foreign country and are lost?” They continue to use it. Other teachers in my department don’t see it as an issue...any helpful suggestions are welcome.

Hey folks, need some help. I cleared all my interview rounds and had completed the documentation too. However for more than two weeks the status on the portal is "offer initiated". The HR says the delay is happening because the people who need to approve are on leave. Are they playing around or keeping on hold? Do they actually release offer after this much delay? What to do?how to get project for base location gurugram or delhi ncr. I get mails but they are demanding 2+ year of experience. Can anyone refer me? I’m curious what other people with ADHD do to get in the zone/right mental space for a workday? I’ll start - I like to work on whatever crafting thing is my current hyper focus (right now it’s embroidery). So every morning after I take my meds and before I log on, I sit outside and craft. What about you all?

Has anyone addressed their ADHD with their boss directly? For example, I have a really hard time with long meetings. I can’t sit still and pay attention and I wonder if sharing this with my boss would be helpful or if it would raise red flags. Funny enough, my job is very detail oriented.
