I’ll start - I like to work on whatever crafting thing is my current hyper focus (right now it’s embroidery). So every morning after I take my meds and before I log on, I sit outside and craft. I recently tried quitting everything last Sunday, with drew all last week and then relapsed Friday, Saturday and Sunday worst withdrawals I ever had (cold sweats, shaking, wasn’t sure I would survive). I’m through the worst of it now but any advice? Thought about rehab but can’t stop work. This is probably my 9th time trying to go sober during the pandemic. I live alone so the isolation with the pandemic has extremely escalated my usage to the point of about a bottle of a day on weekdays

Received an offer for equity research and IB, both in toronto. ER paying $120k base and my understanding is that bonus can be around 25-30%. IB is paying $105k base but likely higher bonus? Which one would u choose if you think you would be good at both

Has anyone addressed their ADHD with their boss directly? For example, I have a really hard time with long meetings. I can’t sit still and pay attention and I wonder if sharing this with my boss would be helpful or if it would raise red flags. Funny enough, my job is very detail oriented.
