Hi , In Deloitte what is the rating criteria is that from 1-5 ? If so, Does 5 means the best or 1 is the best ?

Also, If 5 is best(not sure)…I have a question I got a good feedback from my Manager., but overall rating is less, may I know how does it works please, thanks!!

Presently working in EY as AM. Total YOE 6.2yrs. Got selected in Deloitte at Manager level. Please suggest the Compensation (range) that I may demand:
Present Package - 19.5L (fixed)
Variable - 10-15% (Would be pro rated to 8months)
Joining bonus - 1L
Not sure about variable payout but will have to let go off the joining bonus and hike for sure.

What's with the probation period with Deloitte India? What's the rate of termination, if there are any, unlike the other firms (who have a probation but 99.99% of the employees are confirmed at the end of probation).

Hey fishes. Just got a mail from Deloitte that the lease for my Laptop has expired and I have to visit the nearest Deloitte office to replace it. My base location is in Gurgaon but my nearest office is in Kolkata and currently I am at my home. Can I get it replaced from Kolkata office? And what is the general time frame for replacement. Can I visit after an week or so?
