Can any one please tell how the project allocation will be done at Infosys for lateral hires ?
Do they recruit for specific projects during interviews or for bench ?
When i asked about project details, HR said it will be informed only after onboarding.
Please share your experiences, as I'm hearing from few ppl that we will tagged to other skills also if required and asked to work in that projects.

Offer 1 - staff revenue accountant so reading contracts, speaking with the sales team and legal team, a lot of work at the end of the months to close books and reconcile transactions to make sure we are ASC 606 compliant. This track usually leads to director of revenue. Offer 2 - internal audit staff so SOX and compliance projects.
