I am working on behalf of PWC at a client but have resigned from PWC and serving the 90 day notice period.
I have also joined the client recently (10 days back, yet to start with trainings)
When will PWC inform the client about my resignation? I have no interest/motivation to learn. My new employer is willing to buyback the notice period but dont think PWC is okay with that
I suppose this is common in consulting firms, How to handle?

Hello Fishes,
Helping my friend gathering data.
Can anyone tell me how well CitiusTech pays salaries for onsite opportunity. Is it worth it given all the expenses. He has a offer of around 16 LPA with YOE 7+ Automation Testing. He is expected to get more offers. Will it be worth it to stay back in India or US?

Negotiate your salary post completion of MBA now itself and have a offer ready.
Hmmm....
I don't know if it would be a feasible to do...
Atleast what I know is that I will be getting best rating this year, so I will just have to think about the next year.
So wouldn't it be a good idea to get my CTC increased for the next two year and then negotiate based on that CTC ?
Don't know, just a thought
Indeed a good offer if you're interested in MBA and only one year of commitment post MBA is also good considering the amount they would spend on your MBA.
