Will TCS allow me to join on the scheduled date and submit the certificate later? Anyone faced similar issue? Please advise.

Interested in hearing about anyone who has added a second full time staff person. Current setup is two main advisors (have a few licensed solicitors) and one main admin. Getting to the point where she has too much on her plate. We have been bringing on paid interns to alleviate some of the stress. Thinking about adding another person but unsure that we need an additional full time staff person. Recently heard an employee per every 350-400k of GDC (advisors included) was a good guideline.

Currently on short term disability in CA and trying to figure out what the tax situation is. It looks like they don’t take out taxes, so should I set that aside? I can’t find any info on whether it’s tax-free income but I definitely don’t want to assume incorrectly

Any thoughts around how to use M&A tax skills for the better good? My YOE is 9.7 Years in SAS/SQL/SAS Macros.

What do you suggest here , will TCS give me as per my expectation or at what salary should I get satisfied.. ?
