Joined Wipro on 27th October. It's been 15 days, no on from project has reached out to me nor any contact given, what is Wipro doing? Also is Wipro calling people to office?

I have cleared interview with Wipro a month ago and after 15 days I received a simple mail from HR saying you are selected.

Since that day, there is no communication from HR team of Wipro . I tired of sending multiple emails and when I tried to call he always declines my call.

Between director of respected technology is reaching me and he wants me to join ASAP and take over the project work.

What should I do now?

How do I be a decent manager to a coworker who's upset I've been promoted twice in two years and they haven't? We started out as coworkers, became decent friends after a few good moments, but went back to simply coworkers after they flubbed a few projects and I had to step in to clean up. I have been working as a data scientist since 2018 & have been the bread winner. I have neither been under a proper mentor nor with a team of peers from my field to help me out. Anyone have any idea in how many days we receive relieving letter from TCS?

I am serving notice period and in october month salary I haven’t received night shift allowance while other members of team have received it. Can anyone please confirm if there is such rule that within notice period Night shift allowance goes on hold and will be paid in FnF. Or should I raise this concern with my manager.
