Hello people, how common is a Amazon to PWC move ?
I’m interviewing for a Senior Associate role and TC seems to be more competitive than role in L5.
TC $114k- Base AMZ- $73k +$38kstocks ( vesting 17k$ due next year)
TC $135k Base PWC -$81$ + Bonuses ( 50k$)
Looking for managerial skills which the PWC role avails, and L6 promo doesn’t seem to be happening soon in current role. I’m also mentally stretched. I hear WLB in PWC is just as busy but can anyone confirm if this move makes any sense. Google Amazon
take job with long commute or stay at b4?

12 total= 6 Partners/Principles & 6 Managing Directors-4 are heavy users but since the travel ban its been quieter...I am ok w my pay and just grateful to still have a job
6 total. 2 EVPs , 2 SVPs and 2 VPs. I like having a lot of people to support because it gives me a sense of better job security. Especially in these times.

11 - 1 Director, 5 MDs, 5 Partners/principals. Still not 100% utilized.
It was 7 but one left recently so 6 - 3 partners, 2 directors and 1 MD. I wish I was compensated more, as I'm sure we all wish, but right now, I am thankful to have a job.
1 senior partner, 4 partners, 2 svps that aren't partners plus some mid level staff, which hovers around 18-22 people depending on staffing. Calendar management for partners and senior partner.
I used to make way less at my last place, so I was super excited about the increase, but there are definitely times where I feel under valued.
That is insane!
8 partners /principals
I’m happy with the pay , 4 of those are heavy users and international travelers , 2 use me frequently for other admin document support and 2 are practically ghosts .
I support only two partners, but one takes up majority of my time. He is lead consulting partner for a platinum account. I get paid very well to support my two and am happy. I would always welcome the opportunity for more pay though.
Two MDPs (Managing Directors and Partners), sometimes three temporarily if we’re short-staffed. It gets busy, but definitely manageable. Pay isn’t bad, but can be more.
We just switched to a 1 to 8 ratio and only partners and managing directors get admin support. I am hearing that it really depends on how needy they are.
4 partners and some support to the wider team. Pretty standard for our location. Most support 3-4, some support 5. And some support 1-2 only for the high users.
I have 6 partners with 5 heavy users
