my question is about changing our job location internally inside thoughtworks.

I was selected for associate developer fresher role for coimbatore office. But I want to work in any of the two locations in bangalore. so is it possible to change our location and I still haven't joined the joining is around june so will they approve with the location change? if so, how I could ask my hr regarding this?

I heard so much about minimum billable hours here by staff. I never saw that email. Is it inly for certain groups?
