I have completed two rounds of interview one taken by manager and another by senior manager. I received a mail which said i have cleared all rounds and next is the formal HR interview and in that mail they have asked for my documents like payslips and offer letter of current company etc.

But my salary discussion is still pending.. can anyone guide me what happens next and is my selection final ?

Hi 👋. I posted here a few weeks ago about being nervous conducting a PIP conversation with my team member.
I did it this week and let me just say it was the weirdest conversation ever. The guy is usually argumentative and tries to disprove every bit of feedback. But this time he just sat there and asked no questions and said nothing.
Maybe he’s looking for new jobs already - don’t mind this at all and this would be a good outcome for him overall.

Is it a bad idea to commute to work on the subway? Moving to Nyc in July and a little intimidated by the idea, given what’s in the news lately, but the rent within walking distance from work is a little below 1/2 monthly salary🥲

Does your firm form leadership group trainings? We usually do every summer but we are starting one these last 2 months. We usually read books or watch something and then discuss. If you do them, do you think they are effective?

My family and I have been looking to move to an island. My spouse works remote and can relocate at any time. My firm has an office on said island, but they don’t pay me enough to live there. I’m on the consulting side (FDD) and I’m curious if there are PE firms with good WLB. I’m happy with my pay, growth, and hours. PE interests me but I don’t understand why anyone would want to consistently work 65+ hours a week every week. What’s the appeal? Making double the pay? What’s the exit plan?

Hello, i have offer from PWC SDC Banglore, I asked for salary revision based on counter offer, HR agreed but said revised offer letter will be shared next day after joining and mail confirmation will be given a week prior to joining date.

Is this the practice of compansation revision for new joiners at pwc SdC banglore?
