I attended a client interview last week and was selected for the same. Now they are asking to join within a day or two. I'm having my mom's surgery this week. How to safely refuse to join this client project for at least 10 days. I can't take leave for 10 days.
Can anyone please help me with this? I'm confused and scared.

I have been offered in Bangalore but moving there is little tricky with growing kids and family. How long WFH is going to go and how is the growth ladder provided I take this opportunity and switch and wait for things to happen.
