I have 1.4 years of experience as a functional consultant (Oracle HCM) and my CTC is 4.4 lpa (minus the variable it's 3.2), I recently got promoted and yet to know the new amount that I'll be offered by end of this month. Hi Guys, I joined LTI on March, I am RPA developer. they assigned me one project. But their is no feasible project. Manager is more irritating he is involving in documentation too. He himself not creating any documents he just order us to prepare. And also make us to extend the shift. I don't know what should I do? Can I change the project and what's process for that? Need P1 advice
I joined LTI in March and got tagged to a brand new client. Until yesterday PM told that project will start soon and their is delay from client end. But today he confirmed that project is cancelled and now I'm just floating in employee's pool. What should I do in this situation? Why did they hire if they didn't have project confirmed. Its been more than 2 months and I already feel I'm forgetting my skills. This is so depressing. Havent been allocated since joined LTI.

Do LTI has probation period. I have worked 20 days in LTI and put papers HR want me serve 90 days notice else payback notices period. But my new employer want me to join on coming Monday. Suggest me what i will do.
