When I read employment letter it says different joining date.
1. Is employment letter is same as offer letter?
2. How can we get joining date changed?
3. I submitted hirereight request for background verification so how long it generally takes and should I wait for background verification to complete and then resign? Or i can resign now since got letter?

I am notice period and ny manager has still not updated my last working day as I have requested for early release.
I am only asking for 2 weeks early release after closing my tasks.
How soon does he need to update my LWD on the portal? Is it challenging as I don't have any backup offer if I serve my actual notice.
