My joining date mentioned in IBM Offer letter which I received just a while ago is second week of November, 2021. However, I have 90 days notice period. It also says to accept within 3 days and a clause is written that joining date can be revised only till 5 days. Will ibm revise my joining date ? I am very anxious it's too late so I cant even call recruiter.

Question. I started my own firm and am getting some contract work. The client technically hired me to do the work however some of it I could hand off to my associates. There are no billing differences as it's already a discounted rate. Is it wrong for my associates to do the work and to just bill the client without saying associate 1 did this associate 2 did that?

Litigation question: plaintiff brought personal injury action in 2018. Defendants were notified that plaintiff passed away in January 2021 but plaintiff's counsel has still not filed a suggestion of death with court and does not know whether plaintiff has an estate for the case to proceed. I am a developer with 4.7 yrs in IT & have worked as .Net & presently as Salesforce Developer in my career, my ctc is 9.5LPA.
How can i shape my career hierarchy to reach at good level with yoe i have. I see my juniors with just 2yoe earning more than my ctc. Should i work as a developer for coming years or should i start preparing myself for higher level in IT.
