Not trying to give a politically correct answer but both firms have a great reputation in pharma - but for different work.
LEK: Corporate strategy (mainly emerging biotech though), BD&L
ZS: Sales & marketing strategy, BU/Portfolio level strategy (esp. GTM strategy work)
LEK in general tends to work with higher level stakeholders while ZS works mostly with BU/Portfolio leadership. There is definitely some overlap in their work, but would say they are both top-tier LS shops.
Outside of pharma however, would say LEK is quite abit more reputable than ZS and is generally seen as more prestigious.

One thing I’ve noticed is that if you look at exits, you see a lot of Ex-ZS as D and VP across commercial functions, with a few in corporate strategy or investment roles. LEK is the inverse of that with more people exiting to corporate strategy and investment. Either path is possible from either firm, but this is just in terms of where I saw most people going.
Mck and BCG have the largest alumni presence in corporate strategy offices in pharma from what I’ve seen, but LEK is next, followed by a smattering of other T2, ZS, and other boutiques. This is primarily based on working in big pharma prior to consulting and then interviewing for some corporate strategy and investing exit opportunities over the past year (mostly emerging pharma).
Fwiw, I've never run into LEK at my client. MBB, but not LEK. I understand they are very strong in strategy. ZS spans strategy, anlytics, technology and operations across commercial, R&D, and now supply chain & manufacturering. We have a very strong reputation in the industry with strong growth (well over 10k people). About 15% of our business is outside of Pharma.
