I joined fishbowl a month ago and while I’ve seen a couple contentious debates but I must say I’m pleasantly surprised at how respectfully ppl comment on this app even when disagreeing. Usually anonymity on the internet brings out the absolute worst in ppl; they type things anonymously that they would NEVER say in person smh. But I really haven’t seen horrible comments here. I wonder what makes this app diff frm others?

A year ago, I got promoted to Art Director, and since our team is pretty small, I’m still very hands-on in terms of designing. I’m currently responsible for creating online advertising, branding and everything that goes into our social media channels (design, not content). I want to ask others Art Directors here, what responsibilities you have. What your day-to-day looks like? I’m still doing everything that I used to do when I was a Lead Designer. I will be working only 3 months for this financial year and in April month payslip i can see 6K deducted for tax and in the IT projection it shows around 30k tax deduction gonna happen. I will be joining another Firm in same june month
Please share how tax is calculated in my case and how to save taxes.
