Hi peeps. Need a suggestion , I am about to switch for a change and I have an offer from LTI for PM but my current location is noida. I have been offered in Bangalore but moving there is little tricky with growing kids and family. How long WFH is going to go and how is the growth ladder provided I take this opportunity and switch and wait for things to happen.
