Can anyone guide me i have 2.1 year of exp as a java full stack developer.my current ctc is 4.25 how much i can expect from wissen technology.i have cleared all rounds one hr round is remaining.initially i have told 8 lpa but after check abmition box and glassdoor their base package is 13.please guide me.

Software test automation engineer 4.5 yoe

I have got 2 offers -
Emerson export engineering - 15L fixed + 1.6 variable
Wolters Kluwer - 15L fixed + 10% bonus + 1L joining bonus

Which one is better and which should i join. Emerson is calling to office from 1st days and wolters kluwer have agreed for few months of work from home.
