I got an offer from IBM but have two concerns: the DOJ is 2–3 days before my current LWD, and the variable pay isn’t clearly stated. I added comments to the offer. Should I wait for a revised offer or sign this one and expect a final version later? The recruiter said this isn’t the final document, but I’m unsure. Has anyone faced this?

I received an offer from IBM Bangalore. However I saw openings at my preferred location Kochi only after the interviews. I called the HR after getting their point of contact mail and I asked if it's possible to switch. They said I'm already tagged to a project and that they'll check from their end if it can be done.

Anyone knows the chances of location being changed after receiving the offer and getting tagged to a project?
