To my graduating seniors - are any of you planning to do an internship, fellowship, or other opportunity during the summer before you start your full time job (assuming if the role starts in September or later)? How important is negotiating salary for an internship? If converted to a full time offer - is it typically from the internship rate? I.e if internship was 10k a month subsequent offer would be 120k

No confessions just an opinion, ZS should plan more ways for peer interaction. I am an intern and thoroughly enjoyed the bootcamp with 14 other interns. But ever since the project has started I have had to work with people who are atleast 7-8 years elder to me. Which has been super boring and I feel that it has also contributed to me not being interested while working.

I just started working at a Digital Strategy Consulting Boutique firm but the company is in Europe and we work in another language entirely. I started off as an intern (8 months) and now I am working full time. I am trying to learn the language to be more interactive with the clients and in the meetings but it's super difficult.
