Any tips on what to say to bring back to focus? The current role is a Sr. Acct Receivable (less than 2yr) and going into collections specialist at a global law firm.

What’s the parental leave policy at your firm? Maternity vs paternity? Is two weeks paternity leave pretty standard?

Think this consolidation period is going to end in the near term, primarily driven by:

1. Microstrategy “open sourcing” their playbook for purchasing BTC as public company

2. Coinbase to offer staking for ETH in Q1 ‘21 - think how much will get locked up.

3. GME / stonks fallout - retail may moreso see the benefits of decentralization and crypto. Yes Coinbase is CEX to get you onboard, but DEX can’t be turned off.

From 15th November will TCS employee need to report to "ODC Location"? If their "base location" and "ODC Location" is different; will they get deputation benefits i.e. "air ticket, tata quarter, deputation allowance"?
