Would you say Austin’s real estate market will go through a correction in 2022? I am considering there in a few months (wife and 3 kids) from a normal-priced city. While we can afford a house there, I am scared of getting into an extremely risky investment seeing such fast growing prices in 2021. I’ll be working in a city neighboring a nearby state where my SO has to perform an essential in-person job. Since I’m not licensed in the state where my SO is working, I’d like to keep my current job where I am licensed but work from the office Monday through Wednesday, drive to the neighboring state Wednesday night and work remote at my SO’s place Thursday-Friday. I’ll keep a home in the city where I’m working. My question is: do I need to tell my boss? (I’d be productive as normal)
