Are there any good PM certification that’s worthwhile? Not something that’s on Udemy for 2 hours of coursework.
Most “certifications” I’ve seen seem a bit superficial… but my current PM job feels like a glorified project manager role so I was hoping to use my extra time to study/earn a certificate to show my skill. If possible.

I’m currently in the process of being converted from contractor to permanent. In my initial conversations I was under the impression that I was in a different pay grade and asked for a salary 25k higher than the max allotted for my position. What is the current market worth of a security architect (cloud and application security) with 9.7 years of experience?

Skillset: Application and cloud security architecture, threat modelling, SSDLC, secure design reviews, SAST (code review), DAST/pentesting, DevSecOps, cloud native security (microservices, containers, Kubernetes), etc.
