I keep wondering if I made the right choice by choosing biochemistry for my bachelors degree, because it seems like the job market only cares about people with loads of experience.
It is so draining, feels like I have wasted all these studying on a subject that cannot even get me a proper job.
Plus, I have master in drug discovery and pharma management and yet I cannot find a job in any platform.
if anyone is going through the same situation, just know that you're not alone.

Hey folks. Question for the majority of us still under the big 3 holding co’s...are raises a thing anymore? I’ve been at my (smaller) agency almost 5yrs and got one raise (a nice $12k bump) during that time—is that sufficient? Is one increase in that span normal? I also recognize being somewhere 5 years is rare these days. The honeymoon period at any agency seems to be 2.5—3yrs before bolting. Not complaining, just asking. Have y’all been getting raises/bumps in any kind of regular cycle? Thx.

Hi I have asked to be an advisor for a startup. Its in its very early stage pre pre-seed. Its looking like weekly strategy calls and possibly some executional work as well. Like building out a sales process and/or training sales and marketing team members (this might be 1-3hr a week of work).
