2 foregone unvested equity that vests in 18 months
3 base premium for moving
4 standard equity in new firm@

My current strategy is to seek 1 and a combo ask for 2 and 4 Plus premium on 3 with total premium for items 2,3 and 4 of >30 percent current total comp
