Senior attorneys at v100, how common is it for attorneys who start at small firms to lateral to biglaw? Have you worked with any? So, a recruiter gave me feedback that my lack SPHR or SHRM-SCP is causing my resume to be knock out by AI and human recruiters despite my position and work history in Multinationals and being in Technology.
