1. Supreme Level Toxic Management which is visible from Training period.
2. They Hire freshers and torcher them with stupid tasks and pressurize to work more hours without proper skillsets.
3. They are obsessed with the Word HYGIENE which has a different meaning altogether in CNX. But make conditions extremely unhealthy for employees to survive.... To be continued.

What types of work accommodations can help people with ADHD? I am starting to believe 35+ of having not managed my ADHD has really negatively impacted me in career growth etc. I'm realizing a lot of things about myself are because of the ADHD.
