Hot take: being a freelancer is way more stable than being full-time employed. My friends are always shocked when they get laid off and I’m like, at least I know my instability is baked into the system. I diversify my clients the same way you’d diversify investments. Anyone else feel more secure not having a boss?

I have an offer from another company, which I communicated to the recruiter which expedited the interview to final rounds. I need to respond to the other company's offer letter soon.
