How am I supposed to get any experience at a veterinary technician if nobody is willing to hire someone without experience and train them, everyone requires 1-2 years experience but how am I or anyone else supposed to get that experience?!?!

Hey folks, I'm getting an offer as a SC in EY UK. Presently I'm a manager with EY India (up for SM next yr Oct 2021). Comp is 55k range (haven't officially received the figure, a few more days it's expected, doing some homework before that).

I'll be moving with family. Wife may not immediately start working (,find a new job, we have a toddler daughter as well 2 YO).

I personally don't find this offer commercially attractive. Can someone offer some counter arguments?
