How are the hours in London during busy season in big 4 tax as compared to New York City?

I’m having trouble working in Tax. I’m overwhelmed and am feeling like I’m not producing my best work. I just left my pre-seed startup that was running out of cash (we made $100,000 in revenue this year, and sunk $1m in costs).
