Curious to know what's the salary range for Junior Engagement Manager in Workday consulting for overall 9 year of experience in India at big 4?

Advice for studying for CISA? I’ve purchased the CRM, QAE, and Hemang Doshi’s book. So far I’m having trouble reading through the CRM because it’s so detailed that everything seems important and difficult to retain. I’m an incoming new hire so I think I should read the book even though I know people who have passed with only QAE (they were previous b4 interns)

Currently a first year staff in Risk Advisory in a Mid-Tier Firm hoping to move to Big 4 for either Risk or Cyber. When would be the most appropriate time to make the change? I heard that Senior Staff in mid-tier would most likely be hired as an “Experienced Hire” in Big 4. So would it be smarter to make the move now as a first year staff since I’ll be considered Experienced Hire anyway?

What’s the Big 4 value prop for IT implementation? Previously worked at a F500 company that just used Capgemini, ACN, etc. Back-office projects were just a cost play there so why pay more for B4?

Anybody in here move from Big 4 straight out of undergrad to MBB within 2 years? I’ve heard contrasting opinions about how realistic the move is, so I’m looking for more insights.

I am financially secure (husband now has a high earning job) and looking at what options for "moon shots" at chances of real wealth generation with my years in Big 4 (10+). My wife is in sales at Mercedes and she has been averaging $200k a year and growing YoY. She loves her job, however she works long days and barely gets time off.
