Is the work culture at Salesforce banglore good even for contract workers. How is the pressure and risk? are contract employees treated well too?

Based on your case alone, I’d say leaving your current company is a solid option.
Personally, I follow the dopamine menu format. Find things that give you joy and keep them handy, good music & a yoga mat, a video game and a delicious cocktail, your favorite movie and a cup of tea, planned fun time with friends and family, a walk outside in the sun.
Everything outside of work is where life really is, so make that your priority. No matter if that’s leaving your job or adjusting things where you are now, choose you first.
Proud of you for making that leap & thanks so much for the encouragement!
Following because I'm running into the same feelings. I just want out but I don't want to sacrifice my career. I'm bored with the work and I've lost all motivation.
Very sorry you are going through a rough patch and I hope it gets better soon.
A smattering of ideas: therapy (highly recommend given the severity of what you described), actively seeking other opportunities, firming up boundaries related to work, good sleep, mindfulness app (I like Calm).
Thank you!
I think you need therapy asap ❤️ call your company's EAP and make it happen. I was in a similar mode a year ago and after weekly therapy for a year I am MUCH better.
Thanks so much!!
is this me writing this??
I found help and a lot of clarity with a couple sessions with a career coach. I knew I was stuck, unhappy, and needed a change, but I had no idea where to begin, what I wanted to do, or honestly the energy to take any first step. I ended up chatting with an old client of mine about a job opportunity and totally melted down. She led me to Judy Berman who was a God send! https://www.coachberman.com
Hey! I’m so sorry you’re going through this. I’ve been there before and a couple of things helped me
1. Therapy - I went into it with a clear intention of identifying the root of my burnout and how to end the cycle of negative emotions. I was two years deep into working nonstop even knowing that I was burnt out so I had lots of things to work through. Went into for about three months and my therapist actually told me not to come back because we reached a “breakthrough.” It was cathartic to go through that experience and walk away with clarity.
2. Changing jobs - this was one of the takeaways from my therapy sessions was that it was time to change companies and I was lucky enough to find another job & moved on. I would recommend maybe going in house where you can focus on one client and enjoy more of a work/life balance for comms. I’ve realized that you don’t have to work for a “cool” brand to enjoy your job.
3. Shifting my mindset to think about what would give me joy after work rather than focusing too much on my emotions during the workday. I just tried to remind myself that I work to live and I own all of the time outside of work.
Hope this helps you in any way!
