Quiet quit, do the bare minimum and spend time on something you're passionate about. I was thankful and excited at the beginning of this job. I told myself I was going to stay in this job forever because it's so easy, low effort, and very high pay, but years later, I'm so bored and get so easily annoyed by customers and co-workers that it's taking so much not to quit. The job is unfulfilling and I feel like I accomplish nothing of merit. Everything is just fluff, no substance. I don't make anything to feel proud of at the end of the day. I'm not contributing or doing anything meaningful and I feel like I am totally wasting my life away and the "lack of interest" started to bleed into my real life--not putting the effort, etc. So I decided to work on projects on the side that I am passionate about for balance.
Low visibility work deserves low effort🙃 learn to distinguish when no one is watching
This mindset has saved me so many hours. Too often I see people spend tons of time on something that will be seen by almost nobody
Get money, start ur own business
I’m not an entrepreneur. I’m a reliable cog in the wheel that goes to gym and cooks when I get offline at 8 pm.
Respect your hustle though
