Best New Years trip for two

I’m going to be in NYC for a few of days and was looking for options to use a gym for a day so I don’t mess up my workout routine. Can any New Yorkers recommend gyms that will essentially let you buy a day pass? Things I want to avoid: signing up for a guest pass with the promise I’ll join and classpass because I haven’t had a good experience with them in the past. My gym in my hometown is a single location place, so no NYC locations.

Can’t seem to stay on track with my diet or fitness. Any advice?

I'm interning at a rx firm and didn't really know a whole lot coming in and had major imposter syndrome. The firm I'm at has really poor training to interns and kind of just expect you to learn as you go.
