I’ve been negotiating a settlement on behalf of a client. OP is a major corp. we’ve gone back and forth for months, almost a year. Finally came to a final agreement and we’re reviewing for final signature. Then client is reviewing and decides they want something else modified. It’s a point of contention. OP has said no. Should I communicate this to client before pushing back against OP’s rejection of the mod?

So, a recruiter gave me feedback that my lack SPHR or SHRM-SCP is causing my resume to be knock out by AI and human recruiters despite my position and work history in Multinationals and being in Technology. A few years ago, I proposed a grant to my Board of Ed, but was turned down... so I put it on DonorsChoose instead, and it got fully funded (about $2800), but my school district said I could not accept the grant under any circumstances! So I had to ditch the idea (and the FUNDING!)...
Anyone else experience this? I still wonder why.... and it was never explained to me. (Veteran teacher, 20+ years’ experience.)

I have a few up but nothing yet. Still waiting on items from my last funded project. I am grateful though.
