How are you all feeling about your 401(k)s lately? I checked mine this week and nearly choked—down several thousand dollars in just a few days. I know the rule is to stay calm, don’t touch it, and ride it out, but it’s hard not to panic when you see your future shrinking in real time. It’s especially frustrating when we do everything “right”...max out contributions, diversify, and still feel powerless. Is anyone making moves, or are you just holding steady and hoping for the best?

Can someone please explain connections strategy? At my (creative ad) agency we only have strategy and digital/ social strategy. Trying to grasp what exactly a connections or comms strategist works on.

Hi, we just launched Diversity and inclusion committee at our work place and one of our many initiatives is to share some reminders /notifications about safety and inclusion in common employee platforms/portals e.g There’s no place or time when discrimination is acceptable.
