How bad is quitting a job you started 5 months ago? I am trying my best to not quit but there is a lot of pressure from my manager and there is lack of support. I tried communicating with them but they are very work focused to understand how I am feeling or what I am struggling with.

I had cleared all the rounds in S&P and had salary discussion 1.5 month back. The HR is always saying the management is on leave and will soon get the approval and release offer. Today she shas asked for one more week to release the offer. Should I wait for it or move on. Are they waiting for some other candidate to join before rejecting me at last moment. Only 10 days of my LWD are left.

Is it possible that HCL technologies employees can work from any other HCL company office like HCL infosystem.
One of the recruiter told me that you can work from any of the nearest HCL office whether it is HCL technologies or Infosystem.
