New job offers a better title and better pay but work life balance is a bit of an unknown. What kind of questions would you pose to the new employer/team when trying to ascertain what work life balance awaits? Any tips of setting boundaries early on without inviting judgment? When I am looking at an email attachment in Outlook it shows the Google Chrome logo but when I open, it opens in Adobe which is what I want. Even though it is opening an Adobe, my boss would like it to show the Adobe icon instead of chrome next to the attachment… anyone know how to do this ?

The methodologies and processes are quite similar between physical and digital design so i feel i should not start from a junior position, however my portfolio contains only physical.
