How can I reinforce my available hours?

I’ve been with the company for over a year and mentioned during my interview that I need at least one day off each week for medical appointments.
While my schedule was initially accommodating, I’ve recently been scheduled for mandatory meetings during those hours without notice. This is frustrating, as I live in a rural area with limited options for rescheduling. Now, I am requesting unpaid personal leave to attend my appointments, which isn’t ideal.

Anyone from GSK who can help with some questions?

I got an opportunity to work with Deloitte USI and GT US. Deloitte offered solution advisor role and GT offered role of senior associate. Which one should I be choosing? Pay is more o less similar. Please help!

My father took a home loan, and the same home is kept as mortgage.
I'm paying arround 22k emi for the same but unable to exempt tax as the loan is on my father's name.

I googled a lot how to transfer it but neither gift deed nor sale deed would work as the property is on mortgage that's under bank's ownership (until loan is fulfilled).
Tax is also getting deducted, I'm paying hefty emis.
What can I do?

Hi Fishes, I've 2.25 Years of experience in SAP Basis, but I've lost interest in the same due to not receiving proper training, inability to practice on customer's system and shifts. I'm looking forward to go for MBA/changing technology, which one would be a better option? In case of the latter can you guys suggest lucrative technologies which has little/no coding and can definitely give good packages? I've tried changing jobs in Basis for nearly one year and didn't get through. Please help me.
