How can one know what is the similiar heriechy/ grade/ equivalent position in another company they might be considering switching to. Ex- BA4 = TM , TL and AVP is considered first level of higher management. How can one know what levels are equivalent to these positions in let's say american express. So that they don't unknowingly get a lower position there

My wife and I just had our second child, and we have also been dealing with her cervical cancer diagnosis. It has been a stressful year, to say the least. I want to do something nice for her, but money is tight right now because of the cancer treatment costs, and her being on unpaid leave because of the cancer treatments. Anyone feel frustrated at times with the super aggressive sales personalities we deal with? My AE is always pushing on every ask no matter how minuscule it is. My vp is super anal about anything we do. I understand these guys pull in huge commissions and bonuses that’s why they are so motivated. I've never worked on anything for TikTok and hope I never have to. TikTok is from hell. I was on it one time for about 10 minutes and could feel myself becoming mentally unwell in just those 10 minutes. The human brain is not designed to deal with the sheer amount of sensory overload that app gives you. I'm pretty sure TikTok is one of the main reasons we are constantly hearing about how much Gen Z struggles with mental health.
