2.Valuelabs: 15 LPA + 50k joining bonus.

I have done some research and most of the comments are not recommending birlasoft. So i decided to go with Valuelabs.

Monday, I have attended the first telephonic round and interviewer said you will get the call for seconds round but still I didn’t received any call yet? This process take how many days?

Went from a big firm to work for a smaller firm. The people in the smaller firm are protective of their work and are good by their work too. I no longer feel chaos or stress. I am treated with respect and my schedule is more normal. I am even working more billable hours than before, but it feels like a seamless experience. I don’t work then past 5pm or anything out of the ordinary for this time of the year. I am so grateful!

Then I wanted to work as an IAM consultant in Deloitte, I entered but I failed, left after trial period.I realised I lack the technical information. I want to improve myself but the best way is to start as a junior and learn slowly? That doesn’t sound very good for me. I want to learn from outside, but learning the theory without practice wouldn’t be enough. What do you guys suggest? Especially if you’re a consultant
