Accenture India Lately there are so many hr openings with Accenture in almost all portals naukri, indeed, monster, linked in etc but there is not a single response infact I have the cc number wherein status is reflecting as hr will contact you ..but I have not received any revert, tried emailing the hr through a reference got an auto email stating out of office nd shared his contact number to connect, when tried calling hr,he was annoyed but I guess he forgot that he himself has shared the number. Sometimes you just can’t share until announcements have been made to clients on the other side — sometimes it’s not a choice to not be able to disclose.

I have found those who really feel slighted by not knowing are the ones whose egos hurt the worst that they don't know. They've come up with some reason/scenario in their head that they should be privy to the information. Half the time, it doesn't have anything to do with them. The other half, it has everything to do with them: gossipy, backstabbing, will reach out to future company of employee leaving and try to get them fired before they start. I've seen it all.
Tl;dr: It doesn't bother me. I have enough to worry about in my own life keeping my information straight.
They might have been forced to resign. Respect their desire for privacy.
I respect the hell out of it.
Never say where you are going! There are several reasons for this:
1) You don’t want to trigger any action from your current employer. For instance, if they feel that the new place is direct competition you might get escorted out immediately.
2) The suspense plays in your favor. You will get tons of attention as people anticipate hearing where you are going. Don’t dampen the big announcement prior to starting the new job.
3) You might change your mind.
