How do you all navigate blatant unexplained promotions for some, while downplaying achievement, growth mindset and quality work of others? Sometimes creative leads can’t pick and choose the designer they are assigned to work with. The “favored” get the better designers to appease them despite requests for the more skilled/talented. It’s like pulling teeth to get better work out of some, many rounds in, and you are held responsible for less than “remarkable” work as budgeted hours dry up.

Taking a gamble here. 25 OXY $16Cs for 4/9 and 25 OXY $17Cs for 4/9. $0.20 and $0.08 respectively. Very high risk but have gains on other OXY trade that I don’t mind risking on this.

I feel strongly that the OS App Store and Product Hunt could learn a lot from each other.
OS Store: Dictator-like in the extent that they control what people see outside the ranked lists.
- Pace of new to market apps is now way faster than turnover in "Most Downloaded" ($100b+ AR company, man..)
PH: Free market w/ OK search/community features. Feels the right amount of gritty. BUT with an overhauled design, PH has a chance to scare APPL + show the world a truly great store/market for apps.
