How do you deal with managers thinking your pace is slow but you think you're being fair. For example, I had to manually move and rename 40 files during which i have to search for the correct folder to move etc and it takes about an hour for me to do that. Of course, if I'm locked in and do it nonstop, it shouldnt take longer than 40 minutes but like I'm not a robot on god. I don't say sorry because it wouldn't be a real sorry, but mb I should still apologize and say yes boss I'll do better

Currently not ADD but I do have severe narcolepsy with cataplexy. Everyday I wake up feeling like I haven’t slept 3 days. Cataplexy is sudden loss of muscle tone. Currently on Adderall for it and have been for 5 years. Without it and my ven. I collapse 10-20 times a day. My doctor has left the practice and replacement asshole with a Ph.d says I need a new sleep study and won’t prescribe my prescription until I have it done. I am Covid pos and now can’t get in to get a sleep study. Am I fucked?
