Happy short month
Hi Techies,
I want to know that where should move/upskill from networking routing switching to other domains to get more salary.
I feels that networking industry doesn't have deep pocket like others.
Any suggestions of technology/domain?

Any materials, open source platform recommended to take on freelance data science project? When should I start actively looking and applying? I am a new grad who is working in tech as a marketing analyst I’m looking to pivot to marketing& sales data science consulting next year. Would like someone with similar backgrounds offer some practical tips.

Oh, it's exhausting. So many people can never be pleased, no matter what hoops I jump through. I'm tired of being punished when I've done everything in my power to make customers happy and it turns out they're just miserable people.
I'm so glad I'm not judged on this. No one should be. Like if you literally can't solve a customer's problem and they give you a 1-star rating, that shouldn't be held against you.

Nothing can be perfect, so I never put in my mind that it needs to be that way. If they are pushing for this, they are being unrealistic. Too many factors you can’t control.
I agree with this. Nothing is ever going to be perfect. All you can do is the best you can do. Everyone gets dinged unfairly on those customer service scores.
I just do what I can, I don’t get paid enough for it to really matter too much to me. Also, I’ve found that the less I push myself to do as best I can…the better I do anyway.
I don’t feel anything about it. They’re using impossible standards as excuse to pay you less.

Honestly it gets frustrating fast because perfect scores make it sound like every variable is controllable when it clearly is not. You can do everything right and still get hit because of staffing, wait times, inventory, or someone just having a bad day. Scores can be useful, but once they become the whole story it starts feeling disconnected from reality.
