Does anyone work for Omnicell as a Clinical Trainer? My family always said I would be a great nurse, but I didn’t listen and have tried about fifty other things. I recently got divorced, so I’m considering going back to school to get a better job in healthcare. I know I could earn a pretty good living, but I feel worried about the schedule and also the shortages. I'm actually a Registered Nurse; I've emailed support to find out how to change myself from a physician to RN. Are there any nurses on here who were able to get their foot in the door doing CDI without having CDI experience? I've been a nurse; overall, for 16 years. My clinical background is in Med-Surg, Telemetry, Step-Down, Infectious Disease with the last 10 years being away from bedside in Pharmacovigilance. Is it possible to land a CDI position without experience? So far I've had zero luck
