How do you go about finding a new job in the VC space? It seems that it is much easier to use connections than just apply, but I have also gotten lucky with getting through resume screeners. Is there anything that you have found that stands out when you have looked?

I'm at a career juncture and have decided on a career in anti-money laundering as my new path. I'm also highly interested in additional education to further my career and am eyeing graduate school. Which is best? A law degree or a master's in international relations? Those are where my interests lie. I keep reading that JDs are valued in compliance but am wondering if a different graduate program is better for my goals. I already plan to obtain the CAMS certification. Thank you!

Hey! I have applied to an entry level investment associate in a venture capital firm in my country. As part of the process they will send me some real pitch decks and I will need to do 1-pager investment thesis for each one. I have never done that in the past. Can you please guide me?
